Below is a partial, recent and in progress list of projects. We’ve met the needs of clients from a diverse array of industries utilizing our services from concept to completion, maintenance, and modernization projects.

Description

  • CRS designed and manufactured Nineteen (19) bridge cranes of various capacities and spans for a large sawmill project.
    Two 30/10 tonne top running double girder bridge cranes, runway systems, crane doors, and multiple jib cranes for new manufacturing facility.
  • Six (6) 17 tonne top running double girder bridge cranes for the latest oil sands expansion project in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
  • Two (2) 50/5 tonne, and one 30 tonne top running double girder bridge crane along with runway systems. For a new heavy equipment manufacturing facility.
  • 40 tonne top running double girder bridge crane used for turbine maintenance at a hydro electric power plant located in Washington State.
  • Two (2) 5 tonne overhead bridge cranes with additional safety features for operation by students in welding and millwright shops in a new technical college. CRS are also supplying runway systems, multiple jib cranes and monorail hoists.
  • Six (6) overhead bridge cranes along with runway systems for a new steel fabrication facility.
    60 tonne capacity, log handling gantry crane. Crane is rated for CMAA Class E severe service, cab operated and is equipped with an 80 Square foot electro-hydraulic log grapple.
  • Multiple bridge cranes and monorail systems for a large mine expansion in Peru, South America.
    Provided expedited (2 week) delivery of 5 Ton bridge crane system to Mine site in Arizona to meet critical deadline.
    80/5 tonne bridge crane for turbine maintenance at a Power Generating Facility in Oregon. CRS are also supplying a 10 tonne explosion proof bridge crane for a gas compressor building, and multiple monorail hoists and jib cranes.
    CRS provided the complete re-build/modernization of a 30 tonne 97 ft span double girder bridge crane which was shipped to a remote mine site in Russia.
  • CRS Supplied a 45 tonne double girder bridge crane for turbine maintenance. This crane was specially designed to meet extremely tight hook approaches.
  • CRS supplied nine (9) 20/5 tonne bridge cranes, three runway systems, multiple jib cranes as well as crane doors in a new facility for a major oil sands service provider.
  • CRS supplied seven (7) bridge cranes, capacities ranging from 1 tonne to 30 tonne. Cranes were shipped via ice roads to a remote mine site in central Alaska, USA.
  • CRS supplied multiple jib cranes and monorail hoists for a large project in Guatemala, Central America.
  • CRS supplied one (1) 100/20 tonne and one (1) 60/15 tonne capacity double girder bridge crane complete with a freestanding runway system for a large mining truck maintenance facility.
  • CRS supplied Five (5) bridge crane systems rated at 5 tonnes for a large sawmill expansion.
  • CRS supplied five (5) bridge cranes with capacities ranging from 5 tonne to 50 tonne, complete with runway systems for a heavy equipment fabrication facility.
  • CRS manufactured one 40 tonne and two (2) 40/20 tonne capacity double girder bridge cranes for a railway engine maintenance facilities.
  • CRS have supplied multiple heavy duty CMAA Class D rated bridge cranes and freestanding runway systems ranging in capacity from 5 tonne – 20 tonne with spans up to 100’ for a major steel distribution company.
  • CRS have supplied multiple bridge cranes and runway systems ranging in capacity from 1 tonne to 10 tonne for standard and hazardous environments for equipment maintenance at a United States Airforce base in Alaska.
  • CRS supplied a 75 tonne capacity double girder full gantry crane with a span of 127’, a total lift height of 80’ as well as a freestanding runway system. This crane system was designed for outdoor service at a heavy steel fabrication facility.
  • CRS supplied 30 bridge cranes ranging in capacity from 3 tonne to 20 tonne. Most cranes were rated for use in hazardous location and were equipped with explosion proof features.
